PhotoStroud came into being in 2006 to organise the first Festival of Photography in Stroud, Gloucestershire, to be held in 2007.

The aim of the Festival was to bring the very best examples of photography into a small market town well known for having significant artisic and environmental credentials.

The PhotoStroud Festival of Photography joined offerings by Stroud Valleys Artspace including cutting edge contemporary arts exhibitions and the highly successful annual open studios event.

PhotoStroud was an extensive series of photographic exhibitions, which tapped into the wealth of local talent, co-curated by Fred Chance and Carlos Ordonez.

One of those exhibitions was this selection of 31 Studio Platinum Prints.
